Due to our consistent growth and prosperity, we are looking to fill a key Business & Planning Analyst I role within the Telephone Banking Center area of M&T Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain schedules and forecasts for 1 to 2 departments of Telephone Banking Center
Assess and approve/decline schedule change requests
Create detailed and complex ad hoc reports utilizing data from various sources
Create and distribute periodic reports
Make scheduling recommendations for new hire schedules to TBC Management
Monitor and recommend real-time scheduling changes to accommodate all queues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information/Mathematics-related field or have 4+ years experience in related environment
Detailed Analysis Skills Required
Expert Excel Skills, particularly data conversion and pivot tables
Ability to perform complex data analysis
Working knowledge of MS Access
Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
Strong Mathematical skills
Ability to work under pressure while executing day-to-day operational demands
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of Crystal Reports
VBA knowledge helpful
Statistical analysis
Deals effectively with all levels of management
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Workforce Management or comparable system knowledge (Aspect eWFM)
