Business Analyst,Requirements Gathering,Agile Methodology

BSA

both business side BA work and IT side Functional BA work.

Responsibilities:

. Partnering with the business in analysis of process and information needs to clearly identify and document project requirements for technology solutions.

. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact-point for the business to engage IT for solution analysis services.

. In addition to helping lead in the creation of analysis and requirements definition standards for the organization, the BSA will also specialize in a specific competency within Requirements Management or Business Systems Analysis and lead the ongoing improvement of that element within the team.

Qualifications:

. At least 4 years combined technical and business analytical experience

. At least 1 year with Agile Dev Methodologies specifically Scrum preferred

. Experience creating and maintaining relationships with business contacts

. Experience documenting systems requirements with backlog stories

. Financial Services/Banking Project exp REQUIRED, Lending experience is PREFERRED

. Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills

. Excellent oral and written comm skills, organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent efforts

. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively

. Ability to be persuasive

. Ability to effectively translate between business and technical language

. Ability to lead and mentor a team

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
