Client is seeking a motivated Sales Director with specific experience in, "Employer Services", working with clients that employee 1000+ employee's.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Primary responsibility is to direct a management team to lead Sales Professionals in group- performance of individuals including coaching, developing, evaluating performance.

Attainment of revenue goals (both personal and team).

Development of measurable goals and objectives for the staff.

Identify and build process to ensure repeatable and scalable business performance

Assistance with creation of business plans for specific clients and groups of clients.

Stay current and knowledgeable on product offerings, pertinent industry and legislative news

Aggressively pursue client satisfaction metrics and revenue goals through engaging executive networks and cross-sell opportunities within existing corporate clients.

Identify and address potential risks to business performance and client satisfaction prior to their adverse affect on business performance.

Assist and collaborate with customer service team on product strategy and branding.





EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously

Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service and inside sales management

Ability to interface and positively work with staff from other departments

Work directly with some of our clients, and vital to have the ability to travel
